cylinder heads fixed 98 navigator?

i had the heads fixed on the car and the engine still taps.

1. What exactly is the problem you are having? How did you have your cylinder heads "fixed"? On your particular vehicle, to remove the cylinder heads, requires removing the body from the frame of the truck to access. To give you an idea, here's a picture: http://www.flatratetech.com/Body_Lift. Did you actually see what was done? To better your answer your question, you need to be able to provide as much information as possible.
