Where can I watch the Australian GP Formula 1 online from the US?

I am in the US, would like to watch formula 1 races online, including tonight's Australian Grand Prix. I have seen some ads e.g. to watchlivef1.com - is this any good and is it legal (Web site doesn't look that trustworthy), or are there other and better options? Thank you!

1. download tvu player.. then you can watch the race using espn star, which you can get thru a filipino channel... my friend is watching it that way. I don't have installed, but that's what he told me.
2. you could try to get onto the ITV website channel 3 and see if it is on there http://www.itv.com/Channels/ITV3/default.html
3. go to http://myp2p.eu/ and download one of the players. when you have done this click on the formula 1 and it will tune in through the player.
