Why does my 1990 suburban with fuel injection keep dying and idoling rough?

We have replaced the o2 sensor, the ECM, the map sensor, the altinator, the temp control module, the battery, all the belts, flushed the radiator, flushed the fuel tank, and it still wants to idol rough. The thing is when you unplug the map sensor it seems to run better. But at times it will start and idol strong but when you drive it it wants to cut out and run weak.
