do i need to buy fuel injection computers?

i have a 1971 dodge demon that is carburated but if i get some extra dollars i want to buy a modern mopar crate engine with fuel injection. do these engines come with everything i need to make the switch from carb to fi or do i need to buy other things if so what?

1. It can be done, but it's no easy matter, nor would it be cheap. Yes, you would need a computer, and a new fuel pump, and the wiring and plumbing thereof, and......it goes on and on. Reconsider, because if you do this in a smog state like California, your classic hot rod becomes the year of the modern mopar engine you install and therefore must pass emission standards that apply to that year. I love fuel injection, but in your case, stick with the carb(s).
