  1. LOL. I dont think they will trust you with an F1 car until you've proven you can handle the lower ones.
  2. yep, turn back the clock to age 3 or 4, get your parents to intensely study racing strategies and techniques for you and translate to your 4 year old brain, teaching you night and day, have them get you a fancy new go-cart & shifter cart, become overly competitve by age 8 or 9 and win division titles, move up to high speed carts by age 12-15 like F3 or other jr leagues, win titles, get noticed by GP2, race with them a few years and win a championship or get close by age 18-20 get noticed by F1, get an agent & manager, align sponsorships and financial backing ($millions$), stay clean & presentable enough for commecial ads and public related stuff, maybe, MAYBE you could then be able to negotiate a test driver seat at a F1 team with the possibility of someday racing. the dream is shared by millions but only a couple a year actually get there, so best wishes!
  3. i think you`ve misheard. FORCE INDIA (a team involved in f1 in the 08 season) are looking for a new driver to partner Adrian Sutil. I think you heard that India is looking for an f1 driver
  4. be born into a family rich enough to support your learning to drive in karts at age 4 and with enough money to continue to support your jr level racing for another 15 or 20 years... and then get lucky.
  5. If your old enough to type, then it's too late to get started.
  6. LOL..do you think you can just jump in a F1 car and race it?? sorry but NO CHANCE...and anyway you need to start racing carts when you are under 5 for sure..then go through all the other racing till you will even stand a small chance of getting into nippon series etc never mind F1..
  7. This time of year you can satisfy your F1 cravings in three easy steps. 1- Go to your local department store and purchase a PS3 (with F1 game) and a comfy beanbag. 2- Make sure you have enough potato chips and microwave snacks to last a full weekend. 3- Turn off all phones and hit Albert park with all u got.
  8. once the season starts turn on the TV at race time and watch and then about every other weekend around that same time do it over. Listen to the telecast for out of Europe races those will be at different times. In other word if you are here in yahoo asking a question like that, watching it is about as close as you will ever get.
  9. im dreamin the same ol thing
  10. The question I think I'm seeing is that you would like to know how you can be involved with the upcoming race in India? I've worked at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Let me tell you...there are multiple ways you can be involved with the race. Selling tickets to the race at the ticket office, cleanup crew, security, food and merchandise concession stands, the list goes on and on. Find out the name of the company that's in charge of personnel for the racetrack and ask for an interview. I've been involved in 15 Indy 500's, 7 USGP's, 12 Brickyard 400's...and numerous other small sessions. Believe me, if you want to work badly enough to be a part of a race, you can do it!!
  11. Years of experience in the lower formulae, including these days karts a championship win in one of the higher formulae, one of British, French, German, European F3 basically or Gp2, be as physically fit as a world class athlete and then apply for and get a Superlicence if someone spots you and thinks that you are talented enough to be worth the investment. A rich daddy helps who can pull the strings and buy you the best kart when you are a kid and the latest Dallara for F3 and build a team around you...but you still have to win in it ! Good luck.
