What method is the best for changing fuel injection on a motorcycle?

What is the best was to get the proper mix from the fuel injection? A power commander, V&H Fuel Pak, or Harley download?

1. Power Commander The maps are preloaded or you can customize a map on your computer. Takes into account exhaust, air filter, etc. It might be wise to have a dealer install and set it. My friend put one on his 'Busa and had to get the dealer the set it.
2. A Power Commander allows for changes to the 'map' itself inside the ECU. This allows for changes in not only fuel delivery, but ignition mapping, injector offset, ect. A Digital Fuel Optimizer, like the Techlusions, Cobra, etc only allow for changes in the fuel delivery itself at the injector. Basically the unit intercepts and alters the signal from the ECU to the injectors. So, it depends on what you need/want to do and how much adjustability you need/want.
3. power commander can be used on bikes other than harley. the screaming eagle racing tuner....aka sert...can only be used on harley's, and is practically 'married' to that bike via vin number. alot of problems have been creeping up with the v&h...i'd only go with what has been proven tested
