How to make d17 electronic fuel injection enhancer work?

Does anybody know how to troubleshoot D17 electronic fuel injection enhancer device not working?

1. The easiest way is to take your car to a dealer of your make of car where they should have an electronic test bench(computer)whereby they can see exactly what does not work and or errors in your OBD and should be able install the correct parameters so that it does work,electronics are complicated today and if you do not have to tech specs to test between the designated pins then you are up a tree without a ladder
