1. What kind of review do you need? All that the racing wheel does is house the controller so it feels like you're driving a car/kart/truck. It doesn't enhance or degrade the playing experience in any way. The best racing game is Mario Kart Wii. Online play + 32 playable tracks + lots of characters = great fun.
2. the racing wheel is just a piece of plastic where you stick your remote in so that it feels like an actual steering wheel. best racing game for Wii is Mario Kart Wii.
3. The WII Racing Wheel is just a thing that you slot the Wii Remote into (see source below for picture) and the best Wii racing game compatible is Mario Kart WII Hope it helps.
